Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)
Our SaaS environment is hosted in the US and is designed with multiple layers of redundancy to ensure we have no unplanned downtime. We have a robust Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity system in place that includes near real-time data replication for smooth and quick failover if our primary Data Center fails for any reason. You always own your data even if you cancel the service and subscription is month-to-month. For planned maintenance we have an SLA of 99.9% (8 hours per year) and for unplanned downtime we have an SLA of 99.99% (1 hour per year).
Private Cloud
Another option for deployment is a Private Cloud hosted in our Data Center on dedicated hardware. Our Private Cloud deployment model is built with the same level of security, redundancy and availability as our SaaS application, monitored 24x7x365 and managed by the same team of US-based experts with the same SLAs. This option requires a 2-year support term.
On-Premise
For companies with larger IT organizations and/or strict data residency requirements we can deploy ToolTrack at your location. In addition to 3rd-party software licenses, this requires a VPN connection for our team so we can support and update ToolTrack as needed. This deployment option provides significant cost savings after ~3 years and requires a 1-year support term.
