When developing ToolTrack MES, we posed a fundamental question: "What's the purpose of having a sophisticated system for tracking operations if extracting data isn't effortless?" It simply doesn't make sense! That's why ToolTrack MES incorporates an integrated reporting engine throughout the entire application. This feature empowers users to swiftly and intuitively retrieve desired data, format it for analysis, and generate meaningful reports and visualizations. Users can conveniently export data in various formats (such as CSV, Word, Excel, PDF), subscribe to email notifications, and save reports for future reference. Additionally, users have control over access and manipulation rights for individual reports based on user groups/roles. With powerful reporting capabilities seamlessly integrated into the user interface, there's no need for costly third-party reporting applications. However, if desired, you can still use one alongside ToolTrack MES. It's simply a matter of preference.

ToolTrack MES includes many dashboards out of the box that provide Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and operations metrics such as: starts, outs, scraps, overall yield, first-pass yield, rework rates, % UP, MTBF, MTTR (and more!)
